Jacob has over 14 years of experience leading and growing dynamic fast-paced organizations including multiple $100M+ operations as an officer & F-15 fighter pilot in the US Air Force, venture-funded startups, and traditional small businesses. Jacob has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Univ. of North Carolina. As a Service-Disabled Veteran, he is proud to lead a phenomenal group of men and women serving the Southwest Florida area.
With over 15 years of experience in operations for leading teams for the worlds largest agricultural and medical device companies. She previously managed a team of 20 people across 11 global sites, focusing on material availability and supply risk management, handling a $900M sourcing budget. At Coharbor Electric, she oversees financial management, operational strategy, and business development, driving growth and excellence. Passionate about community impact, Melissa’s faith serves as her foundation. Balancing her career, she cherishes her roles as a wife to Jacob and a devoted mother to two daughters. Her favorite Title to hold is: “Mama.”
Brian serves as the Operations Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience to his role. He expertly oversees daily operations to ensure all electrical projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With extensive knowledge of electrical systems, he supports field technicians, manages resources, and coordinates payroll, training, and material procurement. A Service Titan guru, Brian leads a team of electricians and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and safety while maintaining strong client relations. He is also responsible for job costing, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, making him a key asset in driving operational excellence.
RJ is an Electrician and Project Operations Specialist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in managing day-to-day field operations. He serves as the technical expert for his team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to scope. RJ holds a Big Ass Fans installation certification and effectively oversees projects along the coasts of Florida while responsible for expanding business in the surrounding islands. His responsibilities include on-site supervision, material procurement, job costing, and maintaining safety compliance. Known for his strong client relations and commitment to quality.
Unfortunately, many customers can barely get contractors to answer the phone, let alone give them accurate pricing, and a job well done in a timely manner.
