HOW MUCH DOES AN ELECTRICIAN COST IN FORT MYERS BEACH?

Electrical contractors in Fort Myers Beach usually set their pricing based on the “Time & Materials” or “per item/piece” basis.

  1. Charge “per-item or piece”.
    1. Example would be charging $195 to add one electrical outlet. You know exactly how much you’ll pay for the items you want, BUT, in most cases you will pay much more.
    2. Most of the big electrical franchises in Fort Myers Beach you see tend to use this model; we suspect because they can maximize profits.
  2. Charge for “Time & Materials”.
    1. In this case, the electrical contractor charges you by the hour and adds on the cost of all the materials needed to complete the job. If the electrician is skilled, this often will result in the customer saving money when compared to “per-item” pricing.
    2. This is the model that we use for electrical service calls.

Our Pricing

WHAT DO WE CHARGE?

Unlike other franchise electrician companies that pull you in with a $29 service call fee and then often end up surprising you with a huge bill before they leave, we do things differently.

1. Our electricians are not paid on a sales commission–meaning you will NOT be sold things you don’t need.

2. Unlike others that charge on a “per-item” basis (which drastically increases the price you pay), we simply charge for our time and materials, at a rate that we can pay our electricians a fair living wage. It’s simple, easy to understand, and there are no surprises for our customers.

3. For Residential Service Calls, our pricing is $175 for the first hour of work, and then $55 for every hour after that, plus the cost of materials.

4. You can use that time however you want, for us to fix or work on whatever you like.
