PROJECT DESCRIPTION: KITCHEN ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN WITH NEW OVEN CIRCUIT – NAPLES, FL

Coharbor Electric was recently called to a home in Naples, FL 34102, to complete the rough-in stage of a kitchen remodel. The rough-in phase is one of the most important steps in any renovation, as it ensures the electrical infrastructure is in place before walls and ceilings are closed up. For this project, our team focused on providing safe, code-compliant power for appliances and setting up modern lighting.

WHAT WE DID:

  • Installed a new dedicated circuit from the electrical panel to serve the kitchen oven, ensuring compliance with NEC requirements for load handling and safety

  • Ran wiring for 10 recessed wafer lights across the kitchen ceiling to provide bright, even lighting coverage once the finish stage is complete

  • Coordinated with the homeowner’s remodel team to ensure electrical placements align with cabinetry, appliance, and lighting layouts

  • Verified that all conductors, junctions, and protective boxes were properly installed, secured, and ready for inspection

THE RESULT:

The kitchen is now fully roughed-in with safe, code-compliant wiring that will support modern appliances and recessed LED lighting. With the oven on its own dedicated circuit, the homeowners can rely on safe, uninterrupted operation. The remodel is set up for a smooth transition into the finish stage, where devices, lights, and appliances will be installed.
