PROJECT DESCRIPTION: LANDSCAPE LIGHTING TRANSFORMER INSTALLATION – SANIBEL, FL
We recently completed a landscape lighting upgrade for a residential customer on Sanibel Island, FL. The project included installing a new transformer and programming custom timer settings to match the homeowner’s preferred lighting schedule.
WHAT WE DID:

Installed a new outdoor-rated landscape lighting transformer

Safely wired the unit into the existing exterior electrical system

Set the lights to turn on at 8:00 PM and off at 2:00 AM, per the customer’s request

Verified complete functionality of all lights after installation

Ensured weatherproof protection and code-compliant installation
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
While on site, we also checked the upstairs room ceiling fans. Both are Fanimation brand fixtures and currently require the correct replacement receivers to enable full remote operation. We'll bring the right receivers on our next visit.
THE RESULT:
The homeowner now enjoys hands-free operation of their landscape lights every evening. The automatic on/off schedule enhances both security and aesthetics without needing daily manual input. Everything is working perfectly—and reliably.

Yes. These fans work best with Fanimation-specific receivers and remotes, which we’ll provide during the follow-up.

Yes—it’s designed for outdoor use and was installed in a weather-safe location to meet Sanibel’s coastal conditions.
