PROJECT DESCRIPTION: OUTDOOR LIGHTING & INTERIOR ELECTRICAL UPGRADES – BONITA SPRINGS, FL

We recently completed a residential electrical project in Bonita Springs, FL 34135 that included both landscape lighting installation and interior electrical upgrades. This project aimed to enhance both outdoor aesthetics and interior functionality for the homeowner.

 

 

WHAT WE DID:

  • Installed a complete landscape lighting package, including:

    • (1) 600-watt transformer

    • (10) up lights

    • (10) pathway lights

    • All required wire, wire nuts, and installation materials

  • Troubleshot a non-functional fan and light pole in the guest bedroom

  • Installed a junction box for a front door light fixture

  • Replaced two receptacles—one for a water heater and another for a dryer

  • Hardwired the water heater for permanent, code-compliant connection

  • Added a dedicated outlet for a sprinkler timer within 10 feet of an existing power source

The home now features elegant, energy-efficient outdoor lighting, as well as safer and more functional indoor electrical components.
