Our team returned to a home in Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931, to finish a few important upgrades. The project included completing undercabinet tape lighting in the kitchen and replacing two older bathroom exhaust fans with new, customer-supplied units. These updates may seem simple, but they make a big difference in comfort, safety, and everyday convenience.

In the kitchen, the customer’s original tape light installation came up short, leaving part of the counter area without coverage. We installed the missing section, creating a seamless run of lighting that now provides even illumination across the workspace. This not only improves functionality for cooking and prep but also gives the kitchen a more polished appearance.

In the bathrooms, ventilation was the focus. Both the guest bathroom and master bathroom had outdated exhaust fans that were noisy and no longer moving enough air. We removed the old fans and installed the new units provided by the homeowner. Each fan was securely mounted, properly wired, and tested to ensure smooth and quiet operation.
